Board Elections
The method for filling vacancies on the Board of
Directors is nomination by petition. The Nominating
Committee has recommended three incumbent directors
for re-election to three-year terms. The nominees are:

Mary Henning: Mary has served on the Board of
Directors since 1992. An employee of Three Rivers from
1954-1985, she was manager for 16 years. Mary is actively
involved in the Ultimate Travel Club and the Navistar Alumni Association and enjoys golf and bowling.
Ken Gerke: Ken started his board term as an Associate
Director in 1996 and joined the Board of Directors in
1997. He has been employed as Executive Vice President
and COO of Industrial Piping and Engineering for the
past 26 years. Ken is a member of the Mechanical
Contractors Association, in which he has served as the
past local President and past state Chairman. Ken is a
member of Messiah Lutheran Church.
Duane Dunkin: Duane has served on the Board of
Directors of Three Rivers since 1978 and currently serves
as Secretary of the Board. He is a veteran of Navistar,
and was with Slater Steel for 20 years. Duane is an active
member of Harlan Methodist Church.
If you are over the age of 18 years, you can petition
for election to the Three Rivers Federal Credit Union Board of
Directors by obtaining the signatures of 500 Three Rivers Federal
Credit Union members. The petition must state that the elected term
is for three years. A statement of qualification and biographical
information limited to 100 words must accompany the signatures. The
petitioner must also include a signed statement to serve if elected. If
there is only one nominee or candidate for an open position, the
election will not be conducted by ballot and no nominations from the
floor will be accepted. All petitions must be filed with the board’s
secretary by Friday, February 5, 2010. |
