VP of Member Services
Jim Johnson serves as the VP of Member Services here at 3Rivers. He leads the Call Center, Internal Ops, Account Management, eServices, Cards/ATMs & Fraud groups. In his 16th year, Jim has been a branch manager, corporate trainer, and VP of Branches. He brings this experience to his blogging as he continually interacts with potential members outside of the walls of the office and works to grow the credit union. A primary focus of Jim’s is to always find ways to make it easier for our members to do business with us.
