Essential Business Checking is specifically designed to meet the needs of startups and small businesses. This simple, non-dividend-paying checking solution allows you to utilize eStatements and online access, in addition to all of the other features of our business checking accounts:

- Online wire transfer access
- Sweep accounts
An initial deposit of only $25.00 is required to open the account. You receive 50 free items* per month with a per-item charge of $0.40 for each item after that. Your monthly $5 fee is waived if your average daily balance is greater than $999.99.
*An item is any debit or credit to the account with the exception of wires (as they have a separate charge). Transaction items such as Remote Deposit Capture and Payroll (which are processed through Business Bill Payer) are counted as a single item.
