  • Collection of Payments: Business ACH Origination can improve cash-flow for our business members by providing the ability to collect payments in a safe, secure, and timely manner.
  • Payments: Business ACH Origination allows businesses to pay their invoices and vendors electronically, making it easy to know when funds are leaving their account while providing tracking for each payment.

*All 3Rivers business accounts are able to receive deposits and withdrawals from other merchants. Our ACH services allow for the sending and receiving of payments when needed for the structure of their business.

Remote Deposit Capture

Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) gives business owners the ability to improve their cash-flow and make deposits from the comfort of their own office. By using a simple desktop scanner and web-based technology, there’s not need to drive to a branch for deposits. Funds are in your account quicker and this technology allows you to track your customers’ payment history and store images of checks!

Merchant Services

3Rivers understands the importance of having the ability to accept payments with debit and credit cards. We partner with Payment Processing Consultants (PPC) to ensure our business members are being offered not only competitive rates, but also outstanding customer service. PPC can provide a free quote or compare rates for accepting card payments through a website, terminal, or mobile device.

Positive Pay

Stolen checks and account information can lead to not only a major loss of funds and a lengthy recovery process, but also a business’s reputation. Positive Pay enhances account security and reduces the risk of check and ACH fraud for our business members. It works by matching check or ACH information with the data being presented for payment against the business account. These extra measures significantly diminish the risk of successful identity theft and fraudulent transactions.  

3Rivers offers two Positive Pay services, which, when combined, can better protect business accounts:

  • Check Positive Pay: Upload check information (check number, amount and payee) and the Positive Pay system will monitor those items and their activity closely. Should a check attempt to clear that isn’t on the approved list, members are notified via email and prompted to approve or reject the item.
  • ACH Positive Pay: 3Rivers will provide a list of each ACH withdrawal that is slated to clear the account each evening. Members have the opportunity to review the list and deliver an alert if there is something that needs returned.

Online Wire Transfers

Many merchants and vendors prefer to receive their payments through wire transfers. 3Rivers offers our business members the option to send these from their online banking profile. This system allows you to send domestic or international wires from wherever is most convenient for you!

Online Banking and Bill Pay

Online Banking and Bill Pay options through 3Rivers allow our business members to have a real-time overview of their accounts while managing their everyday operations. With Online Banking and Bill Pay, you can take advantage of the following features:

  • Transfer funds between accounts belonging to the business.
  • Send wire transfers.
  • Set up stop payments.
  • Make loan payments for loans belonging to the business.

Mobile Banking

Our mobile banking app is available for Android and iOS devices, providing our business members with the ability to monitor their accounts at all times. Business Credit Cards

 

We understand the importance of maintaining business deposits for cash-flow. While debit cards are convenient, these items (and transactions) can be difficult to track when utilized frequently. The 3Rivers Mastercard® Business Credit Card gives business members the flexibility to purchase items needed without worrying about the balance available in the operating account.

* All 3Rivers Business Credit Card holders have to be a signer on the deposit account associated with the card in order to give the owner the ability to control spending limits and purchasing restrictions.

Line of Credit Sweep Accounts

Being able to earn and save every penny is important for our business members, and 3Rivers wants to ensure you have the right tools in place to do just that. Our Line of Credit Sweep Account provides a way to transfer funds automatically between a business line of credit and business checking account. This service helps reduce the amount of interest that is paid on the line of credit while allowing the funds in the checking account to earn dividends without the manual transfer between the two.
