We’re Opening a New Branch at Stellhorn Crossing!

We’re excited to announce that we’re planning to build a new branch and mortgage center in the Stellhorn Crossing development on the northeast side of Fort Wayne! This new, 16,448-square-foot two-story building will host both a full-service branch and a state-of-the-art mortgage center. The two-story facility will reside at 9112 Stellhorn Crossing Parkway on Stellhorn Road.

After completion, the Stellhorn Crossing branch will replace the existing, leased branch currently located at 10470 Maysville Road in the Chapel Ridge Shopping Center. Excavation on the property has begun and the new location is projected to open in summer of 2019.

We’re working with local companies, including Bona Vita Architecture, who designed the facility, and Weigand Construction, who is serving as construction manager.

Our new building will feature a branch with an open concept and separate rooms for use by business and investment services. The branch also will feature a three-lane drive-thru and an in-wall ATM. The accompanying mortgage center will house up to 50 employees, and feature an open office design with four conference rooms, private video conferencing spaces, and a community room to hold up to 70 guests. The space will be utilized for financial wellness seminars, training, and community meetings and events.

“We are very excited to be making this significant investment in the northeast side of Fort Wayne,” states Don Cates, 3Rivers CEO and President. “The state-of-the-art building will accommodate our growing team and provide a better member experience. Our mortgage team will enjoy a great new work environment and with more room to interact with members, realtors, and builders. 3Rivers investment in the region over the past seven years is unmatched by any other financial institution, and is a result of our growth from our member’s confidence and participation in their cooperative.”

Stay tuned for future updates!
