Alert: Possible Interruptions to your Banking this Weekend
May 29 thru June 1, 2020
We’re entering the final stages of acquiring West End Bank. Beginning the evening of
Friday, May 29, through Monday, June 1, we’ll begin the technical conversion process—which means we’ll be converting West End Bank’s online and mobile banking and internal systems into our own.
During this time, you may experience a few interruptions to your banking, as some of our key systems will be paused or limited in their abilities for the conversion process.
Here’s what you need to know to prepare for any downtime that may occur as we complete this process.
The following systems will be unavailable from May 29 through June 1: Mobile Banking, Online Account Access, Shared Branching, Bill Pay, Tele-Teller, and CardValet.
All 3Rivers branches will be closed for business on Saturday, May 30.
ATMs will continue to allow cash withdrawals, as well as cash and check deposits, but will not allow transfers or balance inquiries to be made.
Debit cards will still function at ATMs and for point of sale purchases.
While we don’t anticipate any interruptions to your debit card transactions over the course of these three days, we still suggest you have alternative payments methods, such as cash, available.
Our call center will be open with extended hours—from 9AM-4PM on Saturday, May 30, and from 11AM-5PM on Sunday, May 31—to assist you with any questions you may have during this time.
