Current Branch Hours & Closures
Effective Monday, May 11, our branch lobbies are open for business with normal business hours. For the safety and well-being of our staff and our members, we still highly encourage you to utilize our drive-thrus, ATMs, online chat feature, or our Call Center (260.490.8328).
If you will be visiting a branch lobby, please know that we will have several safety measures in place that we kindly ask you follow. These may include, but are not limited to:
The number of people in each lobby at one time will be limited. A team member will be stationed at the door to direct members in and out to ensure we do not exceed each lobby's social distancing capacity.
Vinyl decals on our floors, spaced six feet apart, will indicate where it's safe for members to stand while they wait.
Hand sanitizer (while available) will be located at each lobby entrance for member use. We encourage you to wash or sanitize your hands following any transaction, especially when handling cash.
Members are able to wear face masks into our branches for enhanced safety of themselves and those around them. Please note that we will need to see a valid form of ID if you're wearing a mask.
Our team will be doing our absolute best to sanitize all surfaces, including our ATM screens and drive-thru systems, regularly. However, we ask that our members do their part in keeping our spaces as clean as possible for the safety of all by practicing good hygiene, following social distancing guidelines, limiting their visits to our branches, and staying home if they're feeling sick!

Drive-Thru: Complete any transactions you’d make in the branch without leaving your vehicle. Drive-thrus are open from 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and from 9AM-1PM on Saturdays.
