Board Elections

Our Nominating Committee has recommended three of our current directors for re-election to three-year terms. They are:

Brent Spindler

Brent Spindler is a married father of two and grandfather of three. He is employed by the City of Fort Wayne as the Director Traffic Operations. Spindler also owns and operates HPM Services, a telecommunications, cabling, and consulting company that has served the tri-state area for the past 19 years. Brent has been a member of 3Rivers for over 45 years. He is currently a member of the Board for 3Rivers and past vice-chairman. Previously he served as the parent representative for the EACS Career Path initiative, the Board of Directors for the Harlan Memorial Cemetery and a representative on the Paulding Putnam Operation Round-up Board.

Clifford Clarke

Clifford Clarke is the president of C2 IT Advisors, LLC, a strategic information technology advisory firm providing consulting services in the areas of strategic planning, project management, and policy development. A 3Rivers member for over 15 years, Clarke has served as a board member since 2012, and is Vice Chairman. Clarke currently serves as the Board President of the Fort Wayne Black Chamber of Commerce, on the Legislative Advocacy Committee of Greater Fort Wayne Inc., and on the board of directors for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis.

Board Elections: If you are over the age of 18 years, you can petition for election to the 3Rivers Board of Directors by obtaining 500 signatures of 3Rivers members. The petition must state the elected term is for three (3) years. A statement of qualification and biographical information limited to 100 words must accompany the signatures and you must include a signed statement to serve if elected. If there is only one nominee or candidate for an open position, the election will not be conducted by ballot. Nominations from the floor will not be accepted. All petitions must be filed with the board’s secretary by Saturday, February 13, 2021.
