THE LATEST UPDATES REGARDING 3RIVERS & COVID-19

The safety and wellness of our employees, our members, and the community is a top priority for 3Rivers. In the wake of COVID-19, we understand the need to have plans and options in place to keep our team members and those conducting business with us as protected as possible.

We’re keeping a close watch on the latest updates and recommendations from our government and health officials and will continue to update this page as any decisions are made that directly impact 3Rivers and/or your banking experience with us.

We’re Here for You.

3Rivers is here to support you. If you have been affected by COVID-19 and are seeking financial guidance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team. We remain fully staffed and are more ready than ever to help our members with their money matters. Give us a call at 800.825.3641 so we can discuss your options for financial relief.

Current Branch Hours & Closures

Our branches are open to continue serving the needs of our membership. Should we be made aware of a potential exposure, we may have to respond quickly by briefly closing the affected location so the branch can be sanitized and our team can be tested for the virus. In these instances, due to limited staffing, we may re-open with drive-thru service only for a temporary period.

We understand that closing our lobbies on short notice may be an inconvenience, but want to reiterate that we do so for the safety of you and our team members. If you come across a closed lobby, please consider utilizing the branch drive-thru or ATM, another nearby branch location, or our online and mobile banking app. We appreciate your ongoing patience and understanding as these situations arise.

Visiting Our Branch Lobbies

For the safety and well-being of our staff and our members, we still highly encourage you to utilize our drive-thrus, ATMsonline chat feature, or our Contact Center (800.825.3641).

We continue to have many safety measures in place within our branches. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Members are able to wear face masks into our branches for enhanced safety of themselves and those around them. Please note that we will need to see a valid form of ID if you're wearing a mask.
  • Our fully vaccinated team members may or may not be wearing a face mask, but they'll be happy to put one on if you ask them to.
  • Plexiglass barriers remain up at our front desks, offering a shield between our members and team members.
  • Hand sanitizer (while available) will be located at each lobby entrance for member use. We encourage you to wash or sanitize your hands following any transaction, especially when handling cash.
  • If you're feeling unwell, please refrain from visiting our branch lobbies. We make it easy to conduct your banking with our online and mobile banking app, and from your vehicle using our conveniently located drive-thrus and ATMs.

Manage Your Money Anytime, Anywhere.

There are plenty of ways to do your banking with us outside of our branch lobbies, including:

  • Drive-Thru: Complete any transactions you’d make in the branch without leaving your vehicle. Drive-thrus are open from 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and from 9AM-1PM on Saturdays.
  • Online Account Access: Check balances, make transfers, pay your bills, and more online.
  • Mobile Banking App: Manage your money anytime, anywhere from your phone!
  • ATMs: Check balances, withdraw cash, and make deposits at one of our conveniently located ATMs.
  • By Phone: Give us a call at 800.825.3641 to talk with a team member.
