Lifelong Fort Wayne resident, Jason Reuille, has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial industry, working with members at 3Rivers since 2011. He’s become a well-known figure around Fort Wayne, as he has managed several of our branches throughout the city over the years.
Jason’s desire to help people is what drives him to go above and beyond for members – and our community – every single day. Brianne Haiflich, born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, made the move to DeKalb County in recent years. A graduate of Heritage High School in Monroeville, Indiana, Brianne now has over 20 years of experience in the consumer and business credit industry.

Mirza Halilovic has been with 3Rivers since 2012, serving as a Branch Manager until 2020, when he transitioned into his role as a Community Retail Manager.
Mirza was born in Bosnia & Herzegovina, lived in Germany in the mid-1990s, and moved to the United States in 1998. In addition to English, he’s also fluent in Bosnian and German. He studied Organizational Leadership & Supervision at IPFW, graduating in 2008, and completed the YLNI Leadership Institute in 2015.
He’s passionate about building long-lasting relationships and is known for taking a servant leadership style approach in serving our members—always keeping others and their best interests top of mind, walking alongside them every step of their financial journey. He loves improving members’ financial wellness and strives to ensure they’re satisfied with every experience they have at 3Rivers in order to create lifelong credit union partnerships.

With over 10 years of experience in customer service, Emilee Castillo is passionate about seeking solutions and providing a personal touch for our members. She supports the Retail Sales Team by collecting and reporting data for our team to identify strengths and areas of opportunity for improving the experiences of our business members.
By discovering and establishing 3Rivers Partners, she is a part of an initiative that allows employers to offer the possibility of 3Rivers membership to their employees, members, and volunteers. This includes the opportunity to empower more individuals to pursue financial wellness, which is a cause close her heart.

Carrie Miller has been with 3Rivers for over 15 years. She gained sound experience helping our members reach their financial goals while serving as a Member Service Coordinator in our branches—with a focus on lending—prior to joining our Retail Sales Team in 2018.
Carrie plays a crucial part on our Retail Sales Team, helping to manage relationships and ensure we meet all our members’ needs. She supports our team and our members in services like lending, online banking, account maintenance, and any research that may be required to better their experience with 3Rivers, providing only the highest quality of service.

3Rivers Community Development Manager, Ashlee Guthrie, is passionate about helping people explore financial wellness and investing in our community..
Ashlee earned a bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management from Manchester University in 2009. Through her time in working retail, Ashlee gained management experience and learned how to provide outstanding customer service. Later, while working for a local foundation, Ashlee built lasting relationships through grant making, worked in database management, and led her team through the grant process. She credits her involvement as a youth philanthropist with the Noble County Community Foundation for guiding her into the philanthropic sector.

Leslie Kurtz has lived in Fort Wayne for nearly 20 years. She started in the financial industry 13 years ago as a teller and quickly moved into a management position. In September 2012, Leslie began her journey with 3Rivers Credit Union as the Sales Manager of the Dupont Road Branch and has recently moved into the Community Relationship Manager position.
Leslie’s compassionate and supportive character is what allows her to always go the extra mile to help others and to ensure their success. She also believes in impacting the lives of young girls in our community not only by leading her own Girl Scout troop, but also by being the Community Coordinator for all of the troops in Northwest Allen County.
Leslie is also a big supporter and advocate for the Manchester College of Pharmacy and the Ronald McDonald House at Parkview North. Leslie is an active member in the Strategic Partners Chapter for BNI in Fort Wayne.

Alana Billings graduated from Madison-Grant High School in Fairmount, Indiana, and obtained her undergraduate degree in Business at Indiana University Kokomo. She is currently pursuing her MBA. Alana joined 3Rivers in February of 2023 after spending nearly five years in the credit union industry, working closely with members and getting to know their stories and dreams in order to develop personalized strategies catered to their unique financial needs. Having grown up in a small town, Alana is passionate about working with local business owners, helping them achieve not only the goals they’ve set for their small business, but supporting them in their personal financial goals and dreams as well. .
