3Rivers’ Purchase-Remodel Loan Program allows the homebuyers to purchase a home as-is and complete all of the major updates that come later with just one loan. This loan option allows you to avoid having to use cash to pay for remodels and refinancing to complete later work.
In addition, with our Purchase-Remodel Loan, you’re able to:
- Utilize one loan and one set of closing costs to get the home you want.
- Lock-in the interest rate that comes with the initial loan.
- Use the home value (based on remodel completion).
- Utilize the loan like a construction loan (project set-up using draws).
